Good Shepherd Manor will host its 26th annual golf invitational on June 27 at The Odyssey in Tinley Park. Golf registration opens at 9:30 a.m. followed by a lunch buffet from 10 to 11:45 a.m. before the 18-hole scramble shot-gun start at noon.

Golf games with prizes for men and women include: longest drive, closest to the pin, putting challenge; a hole-in-one contest sponsored by Hove Buick; and lots of raffle prizes. One-hour open bar begins at 5 p.m. followed by a steak dinner buffet, awards, virtual auction, prizes and cash raffle drawings.

The cost is $200 per golfer or $760 per foursome, and dinner is $75 with reservations required. Tickets for the grand cash raffle drawing can be purchased in advance (tickets are $10 each or three for $25) with first prize being $500, second $200 and third $100 (winners need not be present to participate).

The event will conduct its second annual all-day virtual auction which anyone can bid on items whether they attend the golf outing or not. Register at event.gives/gsmgolf. Virtual auction items include four tickets to the Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings game Jan. 7, sports memorabilia and more.
